The Westminster Cub is Located on the Top Floor of the Westminster Building on the Corner of Begbie and Columbia Street in the City of New Westminster, British Columbia, the Oldest City in Western Canada, and the First Capital of British Columbia.
New Westminster was founded in 1859 and was named by Queen Victoria after her favourite part of London. For this Reason New Westminster is known as the “Royal City”.
